Registrants receive a 20-minute video a week before the session, which introduces key concepts and includes a worksheet to help participants apply these ideas to their organization's operations.

Registrants should view the video and complete the worksheet prior to the session. During the live Q&A session, attendees engage in discussions with peers and experienced faculty, gaining actionable insights and practical steps to implement within their covered entities.
